For those searching for Full-Time/Part-Time Applicants:

To begin the application process, please click here for our new online Congregational Questionnaire and Job Description. You may save your work and return to the questionnaire at any time by clicking the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom of each screen of the survey. This fully mobile-responsive form can be completed on any computer, tablet or smartphone.
If you would prefer to print out a worksheet prior to completing the online form, please click here. Feel free to print the worksheet and use it as a guide for discussion in search committee meetings. Please finalize your answers by completing our online application, if possible.
For High Holy Day Applicants:
